Festive Cello Treat Bags

A great way to hand out treats at your next party, or to all those cute little ghouls coming to your door on the 31st, is with some of our J&R cello! We used LC421 and decorated them with some raffia (PR24) tassel ghosts. Tiny totes in fall colors also make great treat bags!
