TERMS:

Minimum: $150 Order

FOB: Factory – Santa Ana, CA

Payment: Prepaid or Net 30 days on approved credit (sorry no C.O.D.s)

Claims: Shortage or damages need to be reported within 5 days from receipt of merchandise

Returns: With written authorization only

Restocking: 20% plus freight both ways

Back Orders: Under $50 will be cancelled

Prices: Subject to change without notice

We Accept: VISA, MasterCard, & AMEX

FREIGHT:

Continental U.S. – product only, not applicable to fixtures

• Orders totaling $750 or more that are paid within terms receive free freight

•Orders totaling $500 to $749 that are paid within terms receive half freight allowance

•Program Partner’s orders totaling $500 or more that are paid within terms receive free freight

• Program Partner’s orders totaling $250 to $499 that are paid within terms receive half freight allowance

• Prepaid orders totaling $500 or more receive free freight

• Prepaid orders totaling $250 to $499 receive half freight allowance
